Stress Relief Breaks

Every one of us has STRESS!  Life is about physical stress, chemical stress and emotional stress.  Your body reacts to this stress by creating PROBLEMS!  These problems can result in fatigue, a lowered ability to produce, not to mention pain.  During a “Stress Relief Break” the doctor will spend 10-15 minutes with each individual that signs up to evaluate the amount of stress on their physical health.  We will also share “stress” relief tips as well as perform computerized health evaluations and a pressure point massage.

1/2 Hour to Health

This workshop on How to Decrease your Stress and Increase your Energy! Along with providing individual “Stress & Posture” screenings to determine the level of stress on your spine and nervous system.  This event can be customized for specific topics you may  want to cover.

Discover Chiropractic Tour

Almost all children know what a Medical Doctor does, but how many know what a Chiropractor does?  Come experience how Chiropractors change lives.  This is a unique opportunity for children to see a Chiropractor in action improving life naturally with their tools and techniques.  So bring your group to our office for  a tour!  We will demonstrate  our state of the art technology, and a provide a brief  workshop.
